Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "T&C") carefully before using the Headshotset.com website (the "Service") operated by Branding Blast, UAB ("us," "we," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Headshotset.com provides an AI-powered image generation service that transforms user-uploaded selfies into professional headshots using artificial intelligence technology.
3. Account and Usage
Eligibility
By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
User Content
You retain ownership of all images you upload to the Service ("Input Photos"). You grant Branding Blast, UAB a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the Input Photos solely for the purpose of generating the requested headshots ("Generated Images").
Ownership of Generated Images
Upon successful purchase of the Service, you are granted full commercial rights and ownership of the Generated Images.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, transmit, or generate any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or that infringes upon the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account violating this provision.
4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Payments
A. The 7-Day Trial Offer
- Fee: You agree to pay an initial, non-refundable fee of $1.95 for a 7-day trial access to the Service.
- Duration: The trial period lasts for seven (7) calendar days starting from the date of payment.
- Automatic Enrollment: UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE END OF THE 7-DAY TRIAL, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED IN A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION.
B. Monthly Subscription
- Fee: After the trial period expires, you will be automatically charged a monthly subscription fee of $29.95 per month.
- Billing Cycle: The subscription renews automatically every 30 days from the end of the trial period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, NO REFUNDS will be issued for partial months or any prior billing periods.
C. Payment Authorization
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Branding Blast, UAB to automatically charge the payment method you provide (credit card, debit card, or other payment method) for all applicable fees, including the trial fee and the recurring monthly subscription fee.
D. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply to future billing cycles and you will be notified via email at least 14 days in advance.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Trial Fee: The initial $1.95 trial payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Monthly Subscription: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription during a billing cycle, your access will remain active until the end of that cycle, but no refund will be issued.
- How to Cancel: To cancel, log in to your account and navigate to the subscription settings, or contact us at support@headshotset.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Headshotset.com, including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, and the underlying AI software, are the exclusive property of Branding Blast, UAB or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your personal or commercial purposes (with regards to Generated Images only).
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRANDING BLAST, UAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or content
- Unsatisfactory quality or accuracy of Generated Images
- Interruption or loss of service
- Unauthorized access to your account or data
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Privacy and Data Use
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kaunas, Lithuania.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date below. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
